Installation Fee   
There is a $99 installation fee for standard installs.  Some customers on the edge of our service area or in low areas may require a high-gain antenna or additional hardware.  Installs typically take 2-3 hours to complete. They include installing the receiver, connecting it to your computer, configuring your computer, and setting up e-mail.  We check for spyware and viruses to make sure your Internet connection will work as it should.  We can also install a free anti-virus program on home computers.  

* Based on 30Kb average dial-up speed.  The throughput on dial-up connections is lower than the connect speed.  Actual throughput in rural areas is typically 15-25kb.
